The Secret Garden Hotel, Siem Reap
The Secret Garden Hotel has been established as a social enterprise to support community-based organizations and NGOs here in Siem Reap. We aim to do this in a number of ways.
1. Provide the venue as a training opportunity for hospitality students attending the Youth’s Dream Fulfilment Association (YDFA).

The Secret Garden Hotel will give them an opportunity to practically use their skills during their training phase. It will also give them invaluable experience in interacting with customers and learning to use their English language skills. All students are undergoing training that will ensure they have the skills required to work in a Five Star hotel once they have graduated. As such the support and services provided at The Secret Garden Hotel will be of an excellent standard.
2. Generate a sustainable income stream for local NGOs and organisations undertaking invaluable development work in Siem Reap.
Once set up costs have been recouped, 100% of the profit from the Hotel and Restaurant will be distributed to local NGOs and partners. A significant portion of this profit will go towards the future training of more young Cambodians through the YDFA. Other partners will also receive donations to support their work.
Therefore, by booking a room for a stay at The Secret Garden Hotel or having a meal in our restaurant, you will be directly supporting the training of young Cambodians in the hospitality sector and supporting the wider work of organisations making a positive impact to lives here in the community.
